When an order has been declared lost - what happens?

We send all of our parcels tracked with photograph proof of delivery. If in the unlikely hood your parcel has not moved in the tracking in the last 7 days we will contact our delivery courier for more information. In busy periods (during strike periods) they may ask us to hold tight and assure us the parcel will still yet be delivered. But if not, the couriers will do a 72 hour ‘sweep search’.

This means they will do an investigation for your parcel and try locate it, if in the unfortunate events it is not found we can only offer store credit. We apologise for the frustration but please believe, if we could hand deliver all our parcels - we would.

Store credit will be a unique code made specifically for your use only. Postage is not refunded.
