Shipping policy
Please note we have a DISPATCH period that does not include our delivery time. We are moving into a new shop so parcels are taking longer than usual to be dispatched. Parcels are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days. We do aim to dispatch parcels the same day but this is not guaranteed. We dispatch all parcels fully tracked and it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel and update if needed to leave in a safe place. If you have chose to leave this in a safe place this is the customers responsibility and we will not refund for any parcels misplaced. This service usually takes 2 working days depending on location and postcode. Please be aware and take into consideration that busy periods can affect delivery delays.
Delivery details -
We as the sender do not recommend customers select to leave a parcel in a ‘safe place’. If you do select for your parcel to be left in a ‘safe place’ once you agree this will absolve all liability from the couriers and ourselves with regards to your delivery. We would only ever recommend allowing companies to leave your parcels outside if you have a parcel box or other secure storage solution. If a parcel goes missing after it has been delivered to your property, or it was delivered with a neighbour who now claims they don't have it, neither us or the delivering company will accept any liability as your instructions to them absolve all liability and place the liability on yourself. Please think very carefully before allowing any special delivery requests with any delivery courier.
Overseas delivery - All over sea parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked & signed for service. This will take extra time especially at the present moment with all the delays. This can take a few weeks to arrive. We have been advised this may take upto 45 working days. This affects all parcels out with the UK.
